If paying with a check, kindly make it at least five (5) banking days before the date of the seminar you wish to attend.
Indicate your name and the seminar you will be attending on the deposit slip, scan the deposit slip, and email the image to email@example.com.
Only cash payments will be accepted at the seminar venue on the date of the seminar as long as there are seats still available. Check payments will no longer be accepted.
Cancellation of a Seminar Booking or Non-Appearance
You may cancel your seminar booking at least two (2) working days before the date of the seminar you wish to drop out of. You will receive a refund of the seminar fee less 30% as administrative charge within 30 days of the date of the said seminar.
You may also opt to apply your payment to another seminar with the same fee. You may exercise this option within sixty (60) working days from the date of the seminar you had dropped out of.
If you fail to come for the seminar or to inform us of a cancellation, your seminar fee will be forfeited in full.
Cancellation by LifeQuest Training and Consultany Corporation
If a seminar you had registered for is cancelled by LifeQuest Training and Consultancy Corporation for any reason whatsoever, you will receive a full refund of the seminar fee paid within thirty (30) working days from the date of the cancellation announcement.
Claiming a Refund
After notifying you of the availability of your refund, you must surrender to us the original deposit slip with which you made your payment and show us a valid government-issued identification card (SSS, TIN, driver's license, Philhealth). You will then receive your refund in cash.
