Strategic Thinking and Management (16 hours)
In this program, participants will understand the characteristics of a strategic leader. They will study the 9S Approach, a framework that cultivates strategic thinking in managers. Also, they will examine the Strategic Management Model, a structured guide for formulating strategy. To cap the training program, the participants will present their analyses of a simple strategic management case.
Real World Leadership (16 hours)
In this program, participants will learn what it takes to be an effective leader in the real world. First, they will learn the models of leadership and motivation to ground them in fundamental concepts. Then, they will examine a practical framework for real world leadership. As a concluding activity, they will prepare personal leadership development plans.
Comprehensive Management Development (24 hours)
In this program, participants will understand the instrumental role that managers play in organizations. They will study the functions of planning, organizing, leading and controlling, and the dynamics of individual, group and team behavior. Emphasis will be given to the topics of goal setting, decision- making, change management, and leadership. Overall, participants will gain comprehensive theoretical and practical knowledge about management.
Comprehensive Supervisor Development (16 hours)
In this program, participants will understand the duties of a first-level manager (supervisor). First, they will study the roles and characteristics of an effective supervisor; and the functions of planning, organizing, leading, and controlling at the supervisory level. Then, they will learn the most important skills that a supervisor must possess to be able to lead his or her team effectively.
Professional Written Business Communication (16 hours)
In this program, participants will learn how to write business messages that are purposeful, economical, persuasive, and audience-oriented. They will study the recommended writing plans of various kinds of business messages, and practice their use through extensive writing exercises. Participants will also learn how to plan, write, and complete effective technical reports and proposals.
Killer Presentations (16 hours)
In this program, participants will learn how to design and deliver presentations that grab attention, sustain audience interest, and finish with a memorable message. They will go through each stage of the presentation development process to ensure a thorough understanding of what is needed to put together a high impact and impressive presentation. As a concluding activity, the participants will develop and render a 5-minute presentation.
Project Management (16 hours)
In this program, participants will study a practical and structured approach to managing a project. They will learn to initiate, plan, execute, and close a project that produces certain deliverables within clearly specified time, cost, and quality constraints. To ensure that they will become effective project managers, the participants will familiarize themselves with all of the skills, tools, and processes involved in the management of projects.
Train-the-Trainer (16 hours)
In this program, participants will learn to design training programs that engage trainees and encourage them to learn. They will study the entire training cycle, from identifying the need for training to evaluating the results of training. Moreover, the participants will practice delivering programs with impact to be the best trainer ever.
